Programmes
We celebrated the Aradhana Festival grandly starting off with pooja’s, milk abhisegham, bhajans, classical dance, drama and finally “mangala arathi”.
Guru Raghavendra’s photo was decorated with garlands, thulasi, ferns and flowers. This year during the “mangala arathi”, a fern from above Guru Raja’s photo fell and rested upright on the garland around his chest. It gave a shiver to everyone who noticed it. We felt Sri Raghavendra’s presence and that Guru Raja has given his blessings to each and everyone.

Every year after Deepavali festival, our society does some charity work. This year on 22nd November 2008, we visited The Golden Century Care Home in Menglembu.
In this home the elderly folks who are deserted by their families are taken care of. We brought some groceries and food for them. We serve them food and they were very happy. We had a great satisfaction seeing them happily enjoying their meals.
